It couldn’t be easier to shop for the 21 day fix. You buy all the same things you normally would buy and eliminate some of the things you don’t need on the plan. This meal plan will actually save you money and time. Here are some of my weekly favorites:
- Red Container – Chicken breast, Turkey breast, cod, talapia, lean ground round, lean ground turkey, eggs
- Yellow Container – Oatmeal, new potatoes, sweet potatoes, quinoa
- Green Container – Spinach, carrots, cucumbers
- Purple Container – Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple
- Blue Container – Avocado, Hummus, shredded cheese,
- Orange Container – Cashews, almonds, peanuts, olive oil
The great thing about this plan is that you can basically eat anything you want, just count out your containers and fill them up!
