Fruit List 21 Day Fix

 

Pick out 3 servings per day.  Eating fruit gives you natural sugar.  I find that eating fruits keeps me from craving sweets.

If you are not eating enough fruit, you are missing out on essential nutrients.

  • put fruit in your Shakeology
  • add fruit in your yogurt or oatmeal
  • have a bowl of fruit for desert
  • use frozen fruit to make a smoothie with coconut water or almond milk
