Other Healthy Fats for 21 Day Fix

Pick one healthy fat from the top list, and have only 1 TBSP.

  • UseĀ pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds on salads
  • Add flaxseed to oatmeal or Shakeology
  • Chop olives for use on salads or sprinkle over pasta
  • Sprinkle coconut shavings on yogurt, or add to Shakeology
  • Add peanuts to salads or mix with veggies
  • Make your own natural salad dressings

Also pick 4-5 healthy fats from the bottom list, and have only 1 TSP per serving

  • Saute Chicken with olive oil
  • Saute Veggies with coconut oil
  • Spread peanut button on a banana or slice of wheat bread
  • Spread almond butter on apple slices or celery
