Protein List 21 Day Fix

Pick 4 per day, add a 5th serving if you are feeling like you need more calories.

I like a variety of meats in my lunch and dinner.

  • Drink Shakeology for a snack or use in a meal such as breakfast or lunch
  • Hard boil eggs to eat as snacks
  • Greek yogurt with fruit
  • Add grilled chicken on top of a salad
  • Saute or bake chicken breast
  • Brown ground turkey for tacos or use on a salad
  • Bake or grill port chops
  • Make a lean hamburger or turkey burger
  • Saute or Bake fish such as salmon or talapia
