Raisin, Almond & Dried Fruit Popcorn Mix

One serving of these equals one serving of carbohydrates.  Make sure you monitor your portion size, otherwise the exchange is not even!

  • 3 1/2 cups air popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tsbp whole raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp chopped dried fruit
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
