Nike was on to something when they said ‘just do it’. You don’t want to get caught up in waiting for things to be perfect. Whatever your reasons are for wanting to put off your workout, don’t put it off another day. Whatever your reasons are for not getting started, don’t put it off another day. Just pick one healthy action you can start doing today, then once you have that mastered, pick another healthy action and start doing that one. Pretty soon you will be doing a lot of healthy things that you were not doing a month ago, or 6 months ago, or even a year ago. Just start today.

- Watch your portion size, just start eating less than you normally would
- Be more active, walk or stretch, try to do 3 activities that last 30 minutes each
- Get more sleep
