Workout 1 hour or Sleep 1 hour?


This is a difficult concept to get into your head, but it’s true.  No matter how tired I feel when the alarm goes off, I always feel way better getting up and exercising in the morning.  If this is really the time of day you need to do your workout, then don’t be lazy, get up as soon as that alarm goes off and get going.  You will thank yourself.
